Below is a snapshot of what you can expect before calling Katy. ALL RATES ARE PER PERSON, based on a 4 night minimum stay. Rates include taxes & gratuities and all inclusive dining, beverages (including alcohol), non-motorized water sports and more.

There is one room option in our block. We picked the most cost-effective rooms, but if interested, Katy can provide upgraded options including Swim-Outs, Governors Suites, Family Suites, and Presidential Suites if you are interested. We're sure that you will love any room you choose!

1. Grand Deluxe Garden View Suite  A spacious room equipped with air conditioning, king size bed or two double beds, and private balcony or terrace with a view to lush gardens. Relax with a view and over-the-top amenities. Ease into a plush bed and unwind in style in a relaxing whirlpool tub as you sip on your beverage of choice from a daily refreshed minibar and premium-brand liquor dispenser. Complement your view with a variety of aromatherapy options, and relax with your favorite pillow, selected from an exclusive menu.

Passports are REQUIRED for travel to and from Mexico.
Please don't wait to get or renew your passports!

The federal government often experiences a backlog of applications and can have delays as long as 3-4 months! Please visit the link above to obtain info on getting your passport.

Please also note that the US customs travel site states that to enter and exit Mexico a passport must have an expiration date 6 months past your travel date. For example, if you plan to leave Mexico on Sept 09, 2025, your passport cannot expire before March 09, 2026. Please check your expiration dates to be sure!
